Outdoor recreational opportunities were enjoyable.

The check-in process was frustrating and confusing. We were misled about the correct location for check-in, forcing us to waste time driving across town. The room we received had issues with cleanliness, leaving us feeling uneasy .

The hotel was a unique base for enjoying a fairly nice area, short walk to shopping needs, and the pond. The rooms themselves were huge and big size with all the things a family of five needs. The stay on vacation certainly was great value.

I enjoyed the spacious One-Bedroom Suite, which wasvery comfy and tidy for our time there. The check-in process was confusing, as we weren't informed about the location beforehand.

The stay was convenient for enjoying local attractions like the nearby Noah's Ark Waterpark. The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary kitchen items, which made preparing our meals easy. The activity center offered a fun opportunity to play pickleball, although the check-in process was a bit confusing. It was a pleasant experience, and the comfort of the space made it worth it.

The staff at check-in were friendly. They quickly resolved an issue with our room door and checked in on us afterward, showcasing their excellent customer service. The space in the Two-Bedroom Suite was perfect for our family, providing the comfort we needed during our three-night stay. The activity center offered engaging options for our kids.

Huge room, comfy bed!

We had a blast! The One-Bedroom Suite was super spacious and clean. The bed? So comfy, I could've slept all day. We loved the onsite grill area for some quick meals after a long day at the water park. Just wish the WiFi was a little stronger. It kinda dropped out at times.

The Two-Bedroom Suite was spacious and had a clean environment. Beds were very comfortable, perfect for relaxation. The jet tub in the bathroom added a nice touch. We enjoyed the activity center, especially playing pickleball. It was a quiet and peaceful stay 😊

During our stay here, we were pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff. However, we were caught off guard when we were asked to provide proof of income while on vacation. Despite this, the staff remained super nice and helpful throughout our visit! 😊
